Here’s how it works: you order, we process and create, then we ship.

Ordering takes a few seconds. Processing takes 5-12 business days (almost all of our jewelry is made to order, unless otherwise noted in the item's description - this means we make your piece just for you when you order it so our NYC artisans need a few days to create and perfect your jewelry! As soon as your piece is done you'll get an email with a shipping confirmation and tracking number. Simple! 



When your piece arrives we give you 50 days to fall in love. If you decide your piece is not right for you, reach out to us to initiate your return! To be eligible for a return, the piece must be clearly unworn, and sent back in its original packaging. 

There is a $15.00 USD handling charge for return shipping that will be deducted from your credit. Email us at to initiate your return and we will send you a shipping label. We also accept couriered returns in NYC, but please note that the $15.00 handling charge still applies to these items. Call or send us an email to schedule a time to drop off.

All sale items purchased can be exchanged / returned for store credit only at 

All items purchased with Merchandise Credit are FINAL SALE and are therefore ineligible for exchange.




 If your piece requires repair and is within the first year of purchase, Isa Foxx will cover the cost upon approval from a customer service representative. Not all repairs will be approved and covered. All repairs are subject to shipping charges. 

There may be an additional charge for your repair, which you will be notified of prior to the work being done. Repairs can take up to 4 weeks to process and ship depending on the work needed.

  • Stone Replacement - Small stones are replaced for free. Larger stones are $50 and up (we'll let you know when we see what needs to be done. Send over a few pictures to '' and we'll get back to you ASAP with a quote!

Please do not send in an item for repair without contacting our team first. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable repairs, returns, and/or exchanges.
